WORKSHOPS AND CLASSES

Bring paintings you have been working on or start something new. Here you can work out the challenges of composition or technique in the atmosphere of a studio filled with other creative people. Each class will start with a focus on an art concept that can be used in your own work. Both contemporary and historical references will be discussed. All mediums welcome - no smelly solvents please.

DRAWING INTENSIVETBA6:30 - 8:30pm$85Specific exercises in observation and sketching can greatly improve your confidence and enjoyment in drawing. Here you will have the opportunity to draw from a range subject matter. Specific techniques with mediums such as pencil, charcoal and ink will explored as well as perspective and composition.supply list:

If you would like to set up your own schedule, classes can be arranged with a 10 student maximum. These are based on 2 or 3 hour sessions. Times and dates are flexible within a 2 month period. Five session periods must be paid in full at the first class.

private: $35 / hour $30 / hour
semi-private: $18 / hour per person $15 / hour per person
Depending on the nature of the class, time can be set aside for studio work at no charge.
